I wonder and fret..........

I wonder and worry as I think more about country’s state of unprofessional demeanor and corruption flowing as raw blood in the nerves ( read politicians)..After Nehru, Indira Gandhi now it’s the turn of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi the Eminence grise, no surprise in few years Rahul Gandhi’s name will also be in list Cause célèbre. With Shattered dreams my little heart speculates if this is how democracy works then why not try a dynasty of autocracy.

You name a person in politics and here comes the saga of their lives singing the tunes of looting, stashing money, murder, FIRs, scams and phew…….the lyrics are never ending.

My heart makes a leap with the name of Anna Hazare, the man ignited the fire but what will one Anna Hazare do? Unless we all heave our apprehensions and voice against malpractices around the entire country; a candle light Vigil on one lovely evening will not make us partner in combating with Anna, substantial efforts will make the sea change and so we will secure the future for generations to come.

What could be worse, failure of leadership or broken faith of Crores of innocent people-

I wonder how will the money stashed in Swiss and other banks make a way back to where it belongs,

I wonder how a common person will save his /her money from being pillaged by crooked politicians.

I wonder when we will have a ruler who will sashay India

I wonder when we will be a free country… gratis from illiteracy, unemployment, hunger, poverty and corrupt leaders.

I just wonder if some wonder take place and miraculously save us. Amen!!

Don't predict my future please!!!!

Over a conversation... um mm no not actually a conversation, actually online chat with one of my friends of school days, we were discussing about how two of our batch mates were labelled as Heroes of the class by our respected teachers..they were no doubt the highest grade scorers and so teacher's favorite, and six of us were tagged as the impish goons...

Reminiscing past always bring back many memories,both sweet and sour , this one is mixed: the result for 12th boards was out and the news came roaring that I scored the third highest percentage in the class..and no marks for guessing, yes the first two were the Heroes. On my way to collect my result we all met one of our Teacher, who taught us Accountancy(I hardly attended his class ever)....he congratulated everyone for their results and when he got to know mine..he laughed and said, "you must have been visiting many temples for this result"...
I was aghast to hear such remark from a teacher...but i managed to utter some words and they were," No Sir, actually i found a better teacher of Accounts and so the result is dedicated to her- My sister". Then it was his turn to stare in surprise.

After all these years, thanks to social networking sites, we could reach each other once again, and so the discussion was around how the two Heroes could not do much in life(in terms of career) and three of us(out of the group of six) have managed to do pretty well. Nope, the idea is not to sing praises for ourselves for capitalizing opportunities, but how our Teachers actually restricts our growth by trying to predict our future......

There are already some successful films like 3 idiots on the same subject, but then again when will we actually raise a toast to new education system..where we are not judged by our grades but our talents......

When will we leave our children to decide their choice of career, where their talent and interest select the streams(Science, commerce and Arts) and not Ours.........when will teenagers stop singing this song in anguish and pure despair....
Give me some sunshine, give me some rains,
give me another chance i want to grow up once again.........

Hope the Sun will shine brighter and the rains will be more....but one chance they get(to grow up) they prosper and bloom.....

Have you ever come across some people who have a point of view on everything, bring a subject and whoosh! here is their views/opinions whatever one might want to call them. Some of you may associate with them as they may sound knowledgeable but as you dig down a little the layers will start to come out one after another, the left over is a trivial mind which depicts a different story altogether. 

Such people put a lot of efforts in order to create their views on everything, and the best effort is Google search. :) You type a keyword and here you go, lined up are the answers/ opinions of connoisseurs, tweak it here and a little there and that becomes their opinion.No, don't go and smear the secret everywhere, its their trade secret..let the matter be hush hush..

Irony is that sometimes the views they present are not in sync with the author or the discussion, but the right to speech is their fundamental right and we cannot deny that.

Just a piece of advice to such opinion makers- Adapt reading habits, learn about your surroundings, know the business you are going to talk about in detail, Google will not be handy all the times, and if you cannot acclimatize to any of these suggestions, please spare us your heavy Verbose, and no sense making opinions.
